1. Mold close to the test

the rapid changeover system can quickly send out the fault alarm signal and stop the automatic injection molding machine run.

The magnetic flux detection sensor is distributed in a plurality of areas of the permanent magnet chuck.

3. Distance detection

The distance detection sensor is used to detect the distance between the mold and the magnetic chuck.

Only when the distance between the mold and the magnetic chuck is less than 0.2mm, the controller can perform the demagnetization operation.

Otherwise, it will report the fault signal. During the injection molding process,

when the distance between the mold and the magnetic chuck is more than 0.2mm due to the unexpected situation,

the rapid changeover system reports the fault signal and stops the automatic operation of the injection molding machine.

4. Temperature detection

The temperature detection is used to prevent the permanent magnet sucker from demagnetizing due to the high temperature,

resulting in a decrease in the suction force of the magnetic chuck. When the permanent magnet sucker temperature exceeds the set temperature,

the control system automatically sends out the alarm signal and stops the automatic operation of the injection molding machine.

5. Magnetron current intensity detection

When the permanent magnet sucker is charged and demagnetized, the control system detects the pulse current of the demagnetization and demagnetization.

Only after the required value is reached, the demagnetization success signal is reported.

6. Mold misregistration detection

The mold misregister detects the position of the mold in real-time while in the injection state. When the position of the mold is slightly slid,

the control system can quickly report the fault signal and stop the automatic operation of the injection molding machine.

7. The mold change state and the injection state switch using the key switch

demagnetization operation is designed as “demagnetization + lock” double button,

two buttons only when pressed, the demagnetization operation is effective to prevent the misuse of the production,

injection molding, filling The demagnetization operation is completely ineffective.

8. Safety door closed detection

When changing the mold, the safety door must be closed to protect the operator.
